I think menu planning is one of the biggest helps as a working mother. The weeks that I have planned out our meals have gone so much more smoothly. I seem to have a really hard time staying on top of this, though. I absolutely hate coming home without supper planned so I don’t know why I have such a hard time deciding to do this. I guess it’s just one more thing to do, but I know what a huge help it is. Cooking is not my first love so I also have a hard time finding quick, nutritious ideas that work for my family.
So, does anyone have any tips on how they menu plan?
