I need some ideas on how to fit exercise in as a working mom!! I refuse to get up any earlier, and I really don’t want to be exercising late at night. How do you do it? Do you have a set time? Do you have any ideas for quick workouts? I love my “me” time after the kids are in bed and look forward to working on craft projects, let alone a few minutes to clean up. I’m just not sure how to fit it in, but I need to do something.
